Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23/06/2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of ThrivHer ("the Service"), provided by Rinnovate Recruitment and Consultancy (trading as ThrivHer and B3Inspire) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

ThrivHer is an AI-powered coaching companion designed for women in education, leadership and business. The Service provides conversational coaching, frameworks, summaries, and supporting tools. The Service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the authority to bind your organisation) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harass or harm others;
  • attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (probing, scraping, malware);
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of any third party;
  • use the Service to generate illegal content, hate speech, or content that exploits minors;
  • attempt to jailbreak or circumvent the AI system's safety guardrails;
  • resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate responses. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use any outputs, and for verifying accuracy before relying on them. AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for professional decision-making and should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional advice. We may moderate, filter, or remove content where required.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refund requests should be submitted via paddle.net or to our support address. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or change features without notice.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) security or fraud risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data subject to our retention policy.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
