30-day money-back guarantee

ThrivHer, operated by Rinnovate Recruitment and Consultancy, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, the Merchant of Record for all ThrivHer orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at admin@rinnovate.co.uk with your order details and we will arrange the refund through Paddle.

After the 30-day period

After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals — cancellation prevents further charges and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Statutory rights
