This Privacy Notice is issued by Rinnovate Recruitment and Consultancy (trading as ThrivHer and B3Inspire) ("we", "us", "our"). We act as the data controller for the personal data processed in connection with the ThrivHer service.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
  • Profile data: display name and any optional details you choose to add.
  • Coaching content: chat messages, coping plans, summaries, and other content you create in the app.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and basic telemetry.
  • Support communications: any messages you send to us.

3. How and why we use your data

  • To create and manage your account (legal basis: contract).
  • To provide the AI coaching service and store your conversations (legal basis: contract).
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and protect security (legal basis: legitimate interests).
  • To improve the product and fix issues (legal basis: legitimate interests).
  • To respond to support requests (legal basis: contract / legitimate interests).
  • To comply with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payments, subscriptions, billing, tax compliance, refunds, and invoicing. Their privacy notice is available at paddle.com.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — used to operate the platform.
  • AI model providers — your chat content is processed by AI providers solely to generate coaching responses.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Rectify inaccurate data;
  • Request erasure;
  • Restrict or object to processing;
  • Data portability;
  • Withdraw consent at any time;
